Hemp-based medicated skin, face, hand, and body preparations containing cbd, cannabinoids, and hemp-related products and derivatives of industrial hemp, namely, extracts, oils, powders, salves, pastes, creams, toners, exfoliants, tablets, capsules, gels, concentrates, tinctures, and waxes for medicinal purposes; medicated bath additives, namely, bath soaps, bath salts, bath melts, bath herbs, bath oils, bath powders, bath pearls, bubble bath, bath foam, bath bombs, bath gel, bath beads, bath flakes, and bath crystals; herbal tincture for medicinal purposes; medicated hemp-derived lip care preparations, namely, lip balms, lip conditioners, and lip glosses; medicated bar and liquid soaps; disinfectant and anti-bacterial liquid soaps; air deodorizing preparations; personal sexual lubricants; medicated toothpaste; products for administering medical cannabis, namely, buccal sprays, gel caps, and transdermal patches sold impregnated with medicinal hemp; any hemp or cannabis in the goods being solely derived from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis and none of which having more than naturally occurring trace amounts of cannabidiol (CBD); hemp-based beverages, namely, hemp-based water beverages; smoothies, fruit beverages, fruit juices, carbonated soft drinks, and energy drinks each containing hemp and derivatives thereof; non-alcoholic cocktail mixes; any hemp or cannabis in the goods being solely derived from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis and none of which having more than naturally occurring trace amounts of cannabidiol (CBD); candy infused with cannabis, namely, gummies, chews, hard candy, chocolates, and caramels; cannabis-infused edibles, namely, cereal-based snack bars; baked goods infused with cannabis, namely, cookies, brownies, cakes, crumbles, muffins, and pastries; coffee, tea, tea extracts, and cocoa containing cannabis; non-processed foods, namely, cannabis-based rice, flour, and pasta; spices; sauces; any hemp or cannabis in the goods being solely derived from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis and none of which having more than naturally occurring trace amounts of cannabidiol (CBD); non-medicated skin, face, hand, and body care preparations, namely, extracts, oils, powders, pastes, gels, waxes, soaps, salves, toners, exfoliants, balms, sprays, emollients, lotions, milks, masks, serums, and creams for cosmetic purposes, all of the above containing cannabis or cannabis derivatives; bath additives, namely, cosmetic bath soaps, bath salts, bath melts, bath herbs, bath oils, bath powders, bath pearls, bubble bath, bath foam, bath bombs, bath gel, bath beads, bath flakes, and bath crystals, all of the above containing cannabis or cannabis derivatives; non-medicated lip care preparations, namely, lip balms, lip conditioners, lip glosses, lipsticks, lip stains, and lip paints, all of the above containing cannabis or cannabis derivatives; cosmetics and make-up containing cannabis or cannabis derivatives; laundry detergents containing cannabis or cannabis derivatives; deodorants containing cannabis or cannabis derivatives for body care; fragrances containing cannabis or cannabis derivatives; hair and scalp care preparations containing cannabis or cannabis derivatives; hair styling and grooming preparations containing cannabis or cannabis derivatives; massage creams, lotions, balms, and oils, all of the above containing cannabis or cannabis derivatives; essential oils for personal use, flavorings for beverages being essential oils, tablets and capsules containing essential oils for personal use, and terpenes being essential oils derivatives of hemp, namely, processed resins and oils in the nature of liquids being essential oils for use in electronic cigarettes and oral smokeless vaporizers; elect...
