Herbs for smoking; Electronic cigarette and vape liquid (e-liquid), namely, electronic cigarette liquid (e-liquid) comprised of flavorings in liquid form, other than essential oils, used to refill electronic cigarette cartridges; all the forgoing comprised of hemp containing CBD, THC-V, CBG, CBC, CBN derived from hemp; Vape cartridges, namely, cartridges sold filled with chemical flavorings in liquid form for electronic cigarettes; Disposable vape device, namely, disposable oral vaporizers for smoking purposes sold filled with vegetable glycerin; Smoker's articles, namely, filter tubes, rehydration tubes, cigar glue, cigar storage tubes, cigar relighting liquid solution, outdoor cigar and cigarette disposal units, outdoor receptacles for cigar and cigarette ash and waste; all the forgoing comprised of hemp containing CBD, THC-V, CBG, CBC, CBN derived from hemp;all of the foregoing cannabis-related goods containing cannabis ingredients solely derived from hemp with a delta-9- tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis with the resulting goods containing a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis; all of the foregoing exclusively for use with cannabis products solely derived from hemp with a delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.
