Abstract

Ceramic Smoking Pipes, smoking pipes; tobacco water pipes; pipe pouches; tobacco pipes, Smokers' articles, namely, smoking pipe cleaners and ashtrays; Smokers' storage vaults for pipes; Smokers' articles, namely, tobacco jars, smoking herb grinders, lighters for smokers, pipe tampers, matches, wicks for lighting smoking pipes; smokers' rolling trays; Cigarette filters and Cigarette rolling papers; all of the foregoing goods intended exclusively for use with tobacco and cannabis products solely derived from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis
