Building commissioning, namely, construction consultation to building owners for an entire building renovation or new construction project; Systems commissioning, namely, construction consultation to building owners for a mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or controls building system renovation or new construction project; LEED commissioning, namely, construction consultation to building owners in completion of credits for the US Green Building Council's LEED building certification program; Project and construction phase management, namely, construction consultation for owners involving supervision of contractors, and maintenance of project schedules; Engineering design services in the field of the construction of industrial processes and facilities, public sector and commercial buildings, public sector and commercial mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls systems; and testing, analysis, and evaluation of equipment and components to assure compliance with building industry standards
