Finished goods not of metal, namely, furniture, fire guards being fire fenders, placards of plastics, sealing caps, cable or pipe clips of plastics, bolts, packing containers of plastic material, door fittings and furniture fittings, cable clips, chests, ladders of plastics, mooring buoys, nuts, fittings for doors and windows, display racks, hinges, screws, locks, other than electric, poles, step ladders, signboards of plastics, all the aforesaid goods for the purpose of protecting against accidents, including collisions and falling from ladders and work platforms or for the safety of machines, buildings, land vehicles, balustrades and railings; all the aforesaid goods for both industrial and private applications; all the aforesaid goods not forming part of housings or membrane keyboards
