Tobacco grinders; Grinders for tobacco and tobacco substitutes; parts and accessories for tobacco grinders and grinders for tobacco and tobacco substitutes, namely, replacement screens and scrapers; smokers' articles for use with tobacco, namely, cigar cutters; containers for cannabis for smoking, tobacco and tobacco substitutes; cigarette paper; cigarette filters; all of the foregoing exclusive for use with tobacco and tobacco substitutes and cannabis products solely derived from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.
