Industrial tires for heavy equipment, construction equipment and farming and agricultural equipment; agricultural tires for farming and agricultural implements; forklift tires; earthmoving equipment and industrial tractor tires; wheelbarrow tires; tires for trucks, not including vans, trucks and pickups with a load carrying capacity of 2;5 tons or less; motorcycle and bicycle tires; aircraft tires; the foregoing specifically excluding the following types of tires-- tires for passenger cars, wagons, minivans, passenger vans, recreational vehicles, and sport utility vehicles
