Abstract

The disclosure provides compounds of Formula (I) or an N-oxide thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, polymorph, tautomer, stereoisomer, an isotopic form, or a prodrug of said compound of Formula (I) or N-oxide thereof, wherein Z, Q1, Q3, Q4, Q5, Q6, Q7, R0, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, g, k, m, n, s, v, j, L, Z1, and, W are defined herein. Also disclosed is a method for treating a neoplastic disease and autoimmune disease with these compounds.
