Provided herein are compositions composed of a plurality of minerals and vitamins that provide numerous health benefits and quality of life to subjects in need thereof. Also described herein are kits composed of the compositions described herein with a marine omega 3 fatty acid, coenzyme Q10, or a combination thereof. In one aspect, the compositions described herein can treat a subject diagnosed with prediabetes, type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes or insulin uptake. In another aspect, the compositions described herein can increase the performance of athletes by relaxing and dilating blood vessels, thus improve circulation as well as shorten the time of recovery after exercises or games.
