TREATMENT FOR SLEEP LOSS OR SLEEP DISTURBANCE IN PATIENTS WITH DERMATITIS

Abstract

An anti-IL-13Rα1 antibody or an antigen binding fragment thereof and pharmaceutical formulations comprising same for use in treating patients with skin disorders, like atopic dermatitis, experiencing sleep loss or sleep disturbance caused by pruritus. Also provided is a method of treating sleep loss or sleep disturbance caused by pruritus in said patients, comprising administering an anti-IL-13Rα1 antibody or an antigen binding fragment thereof or a pharmaceutical formulation comprising the same to a patient in need thereof.
