SULFONYL CARBOXAMIDE COMPOUND, THEIR DERIVATIVES, AND USES THEREOF

Abstract

The present invention relates to sulfonyl carboxamide derivatives represented by formula (I): wherein R1 represents an aryl group, a cycloalkyl group, a heterocycloalkyl group, or polycyclic group; and R2 represents a bicyclic group. The invention further relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of formula (I) in combination with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. This compound or composition specifically targets ion transporters, ensuring their proper functioning and preventing disorders associated with abnormal ion transport.
