FLUID DELIVERY DEVICE TESTING SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USING SAME

Abstract

An improved system and method for testing fluid delivery devices is provided. The system comprises a volumetric flow rate sensor and a pressure sensor in fluid communication with the volumetric flow rate sensor. A flow restrictor is provided downstream of the flow rate and pressure sensors. A pressure regulator controls back pressure to a collection reservoir. A processor receives flow rate signals from the volumetric flow rate sensor and pressure signals from the pressure sensors and stores the flow rate signal values and pressure signal values in a memory of the testing system.
