Abstract
The solubility of cannabinoid in water is improved. A solid composition according to an embodiment contains an amorphous cannabinoid, a sucrose fatty acid ester having a monoester ratio of 85 mass % or more, and a water-soluble polymer. The solid composition can be prepared by, for example, dissolving a cannabinoid, a sucrose fatty acid ester having a monoester ratio of 85 mass % or more, and a water-soluble polymer in a solvent, and removing the solvent from the resultant solution.
