Permitting lawful prescription of crystalline polymorph psilocybin under FDA recommendations
The purpose of this bill is to permit lawful prescription, distribution, and marketing of any composition of crystalline polymorph psilocybin that the United States Food and Drug Administration approves and that is rescheduled by the United States Drug Enforcement Administration, in accordance with the recommendations of the United States Food and Drug Administration.
