AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 49, relative to pre-kindergarten.

As introduced, establishes a date, of July 1 each year, by which the office of early learning within the department must submit a report to the governor and the general assembly on the status of pre-kindergarten programs. - Amends TCA Title 49.
