AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7 and Title 68, Chapter 211, relative to solid waste.
As introduced, decreases, from 90 to 45 days of a vacancy, the time in which the underground storage tanks and solid waste disposal control board must notify the applicable appointing authority of such vacancy on the board. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7 and Title 68, Chapter 211.
