AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 49, relative to interscholastic athletics.

As introduced, requires an LEA that operates a public high school to permit a high school student who resides within the geographic boundaries of the LEA and who is enrolled in a private school that is located in the LEA and that serves fewer than 200 students to participate in interscholastic athletics at the public high school that the private school student is zoned to attend. - Amends TCA Title 49.
