AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 55 and Title 65, relative to transportation.

As introduced, adds the legislative librarian as a recipient of the annual report submitted by the department to legislative committees on the number of offenders who have had installed on their motor vehicles functioning ignition interlock devices and whether the installation of each device was pursuant to requirements in law. - Amends TCA Title 55 and Title 65.
