Relating to data brokers; and prescribing an effective date.
The Act says that a public body may not give certain data to a data broker unless the data broker says that it will not be used to enforce immigration law. The Act provides certain exceptions. [Declares an emergency, effective on passage.] Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
