Byron, City of; change corporate limits

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act providing a new charter for the City of Byron, approved February 13, 1941 (Ga. L. 1941, p. 1210), as amended, particularly by an Act approved April 13, 2001 (Ga. L. 2001, p. 3770), so as to change the corporate limits of the City of Byron; to provide for related matters; to provide a contingent effective date; to provide for automatic repeal; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
