Abstract
The invention discloses a computer-implemented method for determining the optimal configuration of a light fixture (1) formed by LEDs (2), It aims to obtain a desired spectral irradiance curve over an area to be irradiated (3), where the light fixture (1) lacks additional optical elements to its own LEDs (2). This method comprises: building an objective function that calculates a spectral irradiance curve at various points of the area to be irradiated (3) corresponding to a specific configuration of said light fixture (1); applying a genetic algorithm to optimize the objective function with the aim of fulfilling objectives, using only LEDs (2) from a default led (2) database; and obtaining the optimal configuration of the light fixture (1), which includes the optimal total number of LEDs in the light fixture, as well as the type, position and current intensity passing through the same for each of said LEDs (2).
