Abstract
The present disclosure provides a compound of formula (I): wherein ring A, Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5, Z6, Z7, X, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, and n are as disclosed in the specification. The compound of formula (I) is for use as a Myt1 inhibitor. The present disclosure also provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of formula (I) and a method of treating cancer using the compound. The present disclosure further provides a process for preparing the compound of formula (I).
