Abstract
A patch-like medical device comprises a first device part (D) comprising a reservoir (4), a piston (5), and a second device part (R), the second device part (R) comprising a drive mechanism. The patch-like medical device (1) comprises a drive train comprising a rotatable sleeve part (1000) and a rotatable plug part that are engaged with each other when the first device part and the second device part are coupled and are able to rotate in unison about a common rotation axis (C) to move the piston within the reservoir (4). The sleeve part (1000) and the plug part (2000) are configured to forcibly rotate with respect to each other around the common rotation axis (C) until the final engagement state is reached when the first device part and the second device part are brought into coupling in a direction parallel to the common rotation axis (C).
