Abstract
The present application relates to a method and apparatus for measuring an axial length of an eye, and a computer device. The method comprises: acquiring an optical image on which an OCT optical focus is aligned with an ocular posterior segment of an eye under test, wherein the optical image comprises the cornea and the fovea of the retina of the eye under test; acquiring an anterior segment endpoint and a posterior segment endpoint of the eye under test according to the optical image; and determining the axial length of the eye under test according to the anterior segment endpoint and the posterior segment endpoint. According to the method, the anterior segment endpoint and the posterior segment endpoint of the eye under test are determined, so that the axial length can be determined according to the anterior segment endpoint and the posterior segment endpoint, that is, an optical image comprising a clear retina is acquired, so that the axial length is acquired according to the optical image comprising the clear retina, and the effect of accurately measuring the axial length can still be achieved for serious ophthalmic diseases.
