Abstract

A system for use in supplying current from an electric power source (310) to a plurality of power storage devices includes a plurality of charging devices (104; 302, 304, 306, 308), each associated with a single power storage device, and coupled to form a network (316). The first charging device (302) includes a processor programmed to determine an amount of current to be supplied to the first power storage device as a function of a number of charging devices, and to enable the determined amount of current to be supplied to the first storage device.
